By accessing and using Speedtest Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Permitted Diagnostic Use

You are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use our broadband speed test utility for personal, educational, or enterprise network troubleshooting. Automated denial-of-service (DoS) flooding or abusive scraping of our `/api=download` and `/api=upload` telemetry endpoints outside normal browser testing is strictly prohibited.

2. Accuracy of Measurements & No Warranty

All network speed, latency, and jitter measurements reflect real-time conditions between your device and our test server at the moment of testing. Results are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
